    Water Meter Installer- Immediate Job Openings!

    KE&G Construction Inc. one of southern Arizona’s leading construction companies currently has openings for full-time Water Meter Installers. KE&G has recently been awarded the Water Meter Replacement contract with the City of Williams. The project involved replacing water meters throughout the City. The ideal candidate for this job should have the following credentials:
    • Basic plumbing knowledge necessary.
    • Must be able to lift and carry a minimum of 50 lbs.
    • Must have exceptional organizational skills
    • Must have a valid driver’s license and an acceptable driving related history.
    • Must be willing to work in outdoor environments.
    • Must have clean criminal record.
    • Must be drug-free and be able to pass pre-employment and subsequent random drug screenings.
    • Capable of working independently with good judgment.
    • Must be self-motivated.
    • Possess good customer relation skills
    • Excellent verbal and written communication techniques while performing the job.
    • Performs daily start-up procedures
    • Remove and install water meters for residential, commercial & industrial customers.
    • Perform efficiently, while maintaining a good relationship with Client’s customers.
    • Accurate recordkeeping of inventory and work orders.
    • Able to navigate using GPS or paper maps as needed.
    • Respond to occasional on-call emergency repairs.
    • Performs other duties as specifically requested by supervisor or management.
